Love buying books through Alibeis. The only change I would suggest is for the optimized cart. I'm not sure it accounts for same store shipping costs, which would save money.

Your website drives me crazy. I ENTERED VERY CORRECT INFORMATION FOR MY DEBIT CARD, AND IT REJECTED IT BECAUSE THE INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT. CRAZY. STUPID. I USE THIS DEBIT CARD ALL THE TIME. YOU ALMOST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER, EXCEPT THAT I NEEDED THAT BOOK VERY BADLY. NOT WORTH BEING DRIVEN CRAZY.

So far, so good! Everything was straightforward, although there wasn't an obvious/easy way to get back to find one last book once I had moved on to the Paypal screen.
You guys had the Anne Bogart book (A Director Prepares), which others are charging twice as much for. It's worth owning (and checking out if you're in any area of the arts and artistic creation).

I was able to find the books I wanted so I gave you 5 stars. But your delivery dates are just awful. It is the reason I mostly use Amazon. I get the books I want in a day or 2. Not 11 days or more.
I needed certain books and you had them. But the wait period tog et the books is terrible. In this day and age, why should I wait up to 2 weeks to get a book.

I sent you an email: you ask if the billing and shipping addresses are the same on the screen PRIOR to me choosing my shipping address.
I've shipped Alibris purchases to my sister in the past and today your website chose her address as the recipient. That made my sister's address the billing address in error. I had to go back to the beginning and re-enter my credit card info again.
This is only a problem for people like me that have used Alibris several times and shipped books to several addresses.
This feedback is not for public viewing, just a suggestion for your web master. Sadly, this feedback setup forces me to choose between leaving feedback and having this constructive criticism published OR deleting the feedback.

When I order several books from the same seller I don't get a break on the shipping costs... that disincentivizes the buyer from browsing a given seller's offerings, potentially costing them additional sales.

Kinda hard to figure out your coupon code system and then PayPal doesn't recalculate until after you advance the initial screen. Confusing and not as good an ABE which is a better site.
