I always receive books I have ordered from you, in good condition & only 1 time did I get a book, that had damage on a corner of the book & obvious that it happened during shipping.
I found some books that are not available on other sites. 1 book in particular, that I absolutely Loved as a kid, I found on Here & am Ecstatic that it will be delivered in a short time! Can't hardly wait for it to get here!

Ambis LLC has so far ignored my attempts to contact them about my purchase and I made today's purchase with some hesitation, even though it's from a different seller, and I need the book for a class and don't want to patronize B&N or Amazon.
Historically good experience, independent sellers, etc but like I said, Ambis as a seller leaves a lot to be desired, from this point in time. If they don't come through, a negative review is sure to be posted.

I panicked about giving you my card info before the cart updated to reflect the free shipping. Checkout was displaying an expensive shipping quote until after entering the card information.
I saw the books on ebay and wanted to get combined shipping. I ended up buying more for free shipping.

Very easy to find what I was looing for. Prices are very reasonable. Shipping was a little high but then again the books came from different sellers so I guess that's to be expected.

Your shipping rates are ridiculously high because you are not at least OFFERING the CHOICE of shipping their order parcel post for publications. Everyone knows this option exists so why aren't you offering it?
I thought I'd try it again although it has been a while since I ordered from your site for the very reasons that I saw today: the deficiencies both of your website design and the lack of shipping options. I am a website developer so I KNOW you can do better than this.

Shipping seems high at literally half of the price of the book itself, but it's fine I guess. Not much of a choice. Usually, the books from here are decent.
Because I thought it was a lower price than buying it brand new, but it was only a couple dollars less with shipping & handling. I have shopped here before as well.

I have a coupon code for $5 off and free shipping. The website would not allow me to use my coupon, but kept replacing my coupon with their lesser coupon.
Could not find my book in print elsewhere. I could only find ebooks elsewhere, and amazon returned my order with no explaination.
