I paid for an ebook. Then was told that it didn't exist. Offered a replacement at a higher cost. I should have paid the same as the price of the nonexistent copy.
It had the best price.

Tried three times to put promo code in for shipping discount and it didn't show up anywhere to place the family code in. Ended up placing order without a discount. Very frustrating.

Very Good Prices. Site is easy to navigate.
Only dislike is that coupon code is only valid for over $50, but have to sign up for emails first, before you find out.
Prices and ability to use other sites rather than Amazon.

Quick and easy book-finding and placing of order. I used Alibris for a number of years in the past - until finances no longer permitted. Now finances are back, and so am I.

I had selected my books without logging in. Once I logged in the books I had selected were not in my cart and I had to reselect but at a higher price.:-(
I used Allbookstores.com and they showed you having the books I wanted and the (original) price I wanted to pay.

Looked up textbook by ISBN number as well as confirmed with the 10-digit number. Easy to find. Like the set up for all the buying options and Check out is a breeze.

Great selection but the fact that your cart is emptied after 12 hours is annoying.

Good-Very good prices, easy to find titles, like the option to buy new or used, appreciate the group shipping option - I always look for items coming from the warehouse to reduce costs.
Can usually find what I'm looking for, good experience with the site in the past, used a coupon code from my email.

Book titles are easy to find using the ISBN, you have sourced many locations from which to purchase -be it a new copy or used in various conditions, so something for everyone's budget. I like the easy to spot truck icon denoting a free shipping eligible item, or the buttons to the left for easy sorting.
The free shipping eligibility on some/most items, coupons codes frequently sent via email, participation in the American Airlines airmiles earning program eshopping portal. A big plusses in my book;);) Thank you

Super easy with great seller info. This is really nice to use and get so many book stor options to buy from. All the book condition info is on the sellers details.

I found it nearly impossible to remove a double and then the order tripled for the same book - attempted to order four times before I finally was able to edit - should be a lot easier.
