Your site would not let me change my billing address until I removed my order. I had removed the Flowers coupon code and did not have a chance to put it back before the order went through. Do I cancel the order and start again? How do I get the coupon applied to my order? How long will it take for my card to get credited? There is no ability to contact customer service and THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING YOUR SITE!

Today, good.
Previously, bad. I sent two questions to sellers (Seattle Goodwill, HPB-Red Carrollton, TX) on 1/3/23; as of 1/6/23 have received no reply. Of course, the cost of my book had increased during that time.
I DO NOT WANT MY FEEDBACK PUBLISHED ON PUBLIC WEBSITES, BUT I AM FORCED TO DO SO.
Textbook 'International Edition' printings were noted.

I was going to cancel because your area for credit card did not accept it the first time and I had to go in again and add again. You need to work on that or I will not order again.
Book came up cheaper than Thrift Books, which is where I normally order books from.

The book was delivered after two and a half weeks and that included a five day transit in California! This is as fast as I have ever received a book in Australia from the USA.

The site needs to show me that there will be no shipping charges and my total after my coupon before you send me to the PayPal site I know from experience that it eventually all works out but it would be much better to see what my charges to PayPal would be before you send me to the PayPal site

Found the book I need for an ECON class within seconds. There were many sellers of the edition I was looking for and I was able to buy one in good condition from a book store pretty close to me which is cool
I know this site as a trustworthy bookstore and have used the site to find college texts for the past few years. I also like supporting smaller sellers and getting used/loved books instead of buying new from the publisher-- far too expensive and wasteful.

Recently I've had to enter my credit card number EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a book - does your system not have the ability to store credit card numbers? An inconvenience, as before your system was able to store my credit card. Adding this additional step EVERY TIME I BUY A BOOK is kind of annoying.

On mobile there was no way that I could see to enter discount coupon codes. I had to request the desktop version of the site in order to see it. This is a subpar user experience.
