You don't me sign in, you force me to change my password, it takes multiple tries to get a reset link, I can't check out as a guest. It was a nightmare. An unnecessary nightmare.

It amazes me that sellers cancel an item for a book, yet they are still selling the very same book at a dollar higher price that the order that they just cancelled.
To buy the same book that one of your big sellers just cancelled the order on, yet they are still selling the very same book at a hight price.

Way to hard to navigate, time wasting finding coupons then finding out you need to spend 50 bucks to use a 5.00 coupon, then go find your order and check out again!

Fine. I wish I could learn about shipping costs. For example I ordered 4 books from 1 vendor, and 7 books from another vendor. Would that NOT result in some shipping discount?
You had the best selection of the authors I was looking for. Prices are great, BUT shipping costs are huge. Why isn't there a shipping discount for multiple books from the same vendor?
