I can only tell you what you DIDN'T do. You DIDN'T keep me waiting for two hours. You DID provide me with a way to give you my NEW credit card number. You DIDN't charge me double for two books (paperbacks) going to the same address.

The default address shouldn't be the one you used most recently. I sent a book to a friend and now whenever I order books for myself his address keeps coming up.

The shipping address isn't as upfront as it needs to be - I always check it because the automatic address you use is the last one the person has used - in my case, I had sent a book as a gift to a grad student and the next order went automatically to him, which was annoying. The automatic shipping address should be the same as the payment address - I have never made this mistake on Amazon.

Found the book I was looking for at a good price. Shipping a little high for a single book since it qualifies for USPS 3rd class postage. $2 or less would have been more fair.

It is not clear how to have free shipping- many items do not count towards the total to have free shipping. A bit frustrating. Also, you did not have one of the books i was seeking.

I like the ability to choose the state of the books, if selecting used ones. I also much prefer hard cover instead of paperback or softcover so I am happy that there are usually options.
I do not like to give my money to 'big box' retailers. The prices are reasonable. The website is very straight-forward.

I found everything I was looking for. However, I find the shipping charges on each item exorbitant and outrageous. I should not be charged the same shipping fee for a DVD as for a hardcover book.
