I like the ability to choose the state of the books, if selecting used ones. I also much prefer hard cover instead of paperback or softcover so I am happy that there are usually options.
I do not like to give my money to 'big box' retailers. The prices are reasonable. The website is very straight-forward.

I found everything I was looking for. However, I find the shipping charges on each item exorbitant and outrageous. I should not be charged the same shipping fee for a DVD as for a hardcover book.
I was quite sure they would have the items I was looking for. (Books and DVDs)

I had to enter my address etc. twice, and the ONLY options were to sign in or create an account. I could have sworn I just selected to check out as guest. But I couldn't.
I'd rather not give my money to Amazon.

I am returning customer to Alibris. I have bought from you before very good and rare Cambridge Bibles that are King James Version Bibles and New King James Version Bible. I am very pleased with your service and the Bibles offers that I need in my Bible collection and that I find on your Library.
I have looked for long time to buy the NKJV Wide Margin Reference Bible, Black Edge-lined. I was not able to find other places this specific NKJV Bible that I wanted to much. I looked to see if you from Alibris maybe have it for Sale, I Luckily I found it available for sale on Alibris. And I order it from you. And I am very happy awaiting to receive my new NKJV Bible that I longed so much for it.

It took a minute to figure out how to update my personal address. I could update my shipping address, but not my personal address (which is the same). So, maybe just make that a bit easier to do.
Was on walmart.com and saw that my purchase was being fulfilled by Alibris, so I just went straight to that site.

Quick and easy but the interface makes it too easy to send to the wrong person. The last address used is automatically saved as the default address; this should be changed.

I don't understand the shipping charges. The site said if I buy multiple items from the same seller, shipping would be discounted, but 5 books had $18 shipping from one location.

Alibris customer service is exceptional. I had a prolonged bad experience with one of the sellers and Alibris took the high road and refunded the full price of the expensive order.

If you aren’t getting a satisfying response from the individual seller , contact Alibris customer service directly. They are excellent.

Prices are always better than the competitions and the feature that checks for similar items from the same vendor (to help lower shipping fee) is brilliant.
