Books always come when they are suppose to. Used books still are good quality. The shipping is a bit high. But sometimes it is worth it if the book is only a dollar.

Shipping costs are not realistic. If I buy 3 books from the same store, there should be a shipping discount, since shipping 3 books together is much cheaper than shipping 3 individual books.

It was easy and fast with no problems. I found the book I wanted at a good price and the shipping was a little pricey but I do live in Canada so I do understand.
I chose this site because I found the book for a cheap price and everywhere else was really high. Even with it being a low price and having to pay shipping, I still kept it under the price of the other books.

Average. The seller didn't seem to care to answer their e-mail during the weekend, so I had to go without further descriptions of the item in order to receive the item on time.
Lowest price around. Out compete even Amazon.com and eBay.

There was no place to use my coupon. It was difficult to change my shipping address and I had to enter my credit card information several times before the order information was processed.

It was difficult to find the specific volume in a series that I was searching for. There was some kind of serial number, but no indication of the volume number until I clicked on the long number.
Sometimes it has books that are not available on other sites.

I had to place two orders to ship to two different addresses which means the code was not applicable for the total order. It would be great to be able to make one credit card purchase as well.
