I qualified for free shipping, however, I was charged $76.79 for shipping. That is really misleading! If I qualified for free shipping, it should be free! Thanks for reading my comment.

I don't think that the shipping cost should be taxed. I order for all kinds of online stores and I don't think I have ever had the shipping cost taxed.

The book I received was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a Latin textbook and received a book about ethics in biology written in French. I do not speak French.

I had to repeatedly reenter my email to estimate shipping options, and since the coupons were stingier than your email made them seem, I opted to buy 4 of 6 books elsewhere or later.

I attempted to purchase one book "The Campaigns of Napoleon" after payment I rcvd email advising book not available, when it CLEARLY was available when I went thru the payment process - so I tried again, same title, different and MORE expensive - same process - book not available. Can't you keep your website updated?
