I ordered this book with expedited shipping because I needed it quickly. After 3 days my order was canceled and I needed to reorder. I am now under pressure with time constraints.

Low prcices, great savings except SHIPPING & HANDLING was more than my total ordered. PLEASE! Dont charge a HIGHER amount for shipping & handling or reduce price for added savings to customer & better business.

The search function could be a bit easier to use. When looking for a book series in (...) relevent titles don't show up and I will have to look elsewhere to find the author to search.

There was a confusing situation where a DVD of "music and lyrics" plus "About A Boy" seemed to have the same UPC code as "music and lyrics" by itself, and the difference didn't show up until it was in the shopping cart.
I like how y'all have a good selection from small sellers and the information of where the sellers are located is very easy to find.
