I puchased this same dvd 2 weeks ago from another seller. I received it and when i tried to get the disc out of the package, the disc slit and broke. I am not happy with the prior purchase

Although I had put in my address as the UK, the shipping costs showed only a third of the final cost at the checkout. If my address is UK, shipping costs should be apparent from the start.

The site was easy to use, but the website seems glitchy. I got error messages each time I tried to move to a next step, had to refresh the page and re-enter information, which was annoying.
