Good except it didn't allow my 5 dollar off coupon which I was planning on using due to money is tight because I'm on disability and a strict income and I was buying the movies for my grandkids.

You really need to take off the Captcha coming from Goodreads. Alibris is now the last place I check because of the awkwardness of accessing your site from Goodreads.

I think if you order movies from the same seller you should get a discounts on shipping. $4.99 for each item is expensive.

When I left the order screen to check a review of Alibris, I lost access to my order on my Android. When I started over, it did find my order, but it should have remained visible.
A Google search for the book I needed

Purchased a CD from Alibris that certainly wasn't cheap, instead I got sent a dirty, broken cassette tape. Emailed Alibris, no response for 3 weeks.
I messaged their Facebook page and got an instant response (I initially asked a sales-related question and funnily enough they replied almost instant because they obviously didn't know it was me contacting them to complain), I then mention my issue and that I have been ignored and the advisor palms me off to their "email team"…
About 10 minutes later I receive an email from "Ryan Warner" a rude worker who claimed "they never received" my original message and then he rather condescendingly sent me a link to where I "should have" contacted them… The irony is, it's the same link I used originally 3 weeks ago! I mentioned this to Ryan and even sent him a screenshot of Alibris acknowledging receipt of my enquiry and guess what? Ryan didn't mention it again (or bother to apologise) when I exposed his lies, he just threw a measly £4 coupon at me hoping I would go away… Well here I am
Alibris employees - How about you don't ignore peoples messages for 3 weeks and then claim you never received them instead of just being honest and apologising.
Shocking service and I'm spreading the word far and wide.

Vampire diaries was hard to come by walmart did have them but was in a box for 71 dollars and didn't really wanna pay that. I tried Amazon they didn't have the last two episodes so I tried alibris and the prices where cheaper
