I do not like the saving of my credit card number. I see no way to say no to your saving it. I prefer to use the card and refuse a site permission to save. Neverthe less, shopping is easy

I recently placed an order for 2 copies of 'Forrest Gump' in DVD format based on the category "Movies". What I received were 2 copies of the soundtrack in CD format - not what I was looking for or expected when I entered the Movies category.

Shipping costs can double the order and it makes me reduce the number of books I buy. Cart optimizer should look for the same book through the same seller to reduce shipping costs.

I tried to change from credit card to debit card account, but your site was unable to handle thar, so I used the dreaded credit card again. You do not accept debit cards?

Ive been a loyal customer ive had an issue with my last purchase I order 2 dvds and I only recieved 1 of my movies I purchased I put in a support ticket to get my issue resolved and i was told 2 movies were sent I took pics to show u guys then I was told to contact the people who supposibly sent my movie and never got a reply back from any one

Alibris is usually easy to use, but today I had to go through a lot of unrelated material to reach what I typed: Large Pring Greek New Testament. I eventually got there, though.
Alibris is often tied somehow to Amazon, but sometimes I have to go there specifically, because I couldn't find the item I wanted on Amazon, or on Ebay. It is always worth a look, though I don't usually start there. Today was after looking on both Amazon and Ebay. Abebooks would be next.

I sometimes find things on Alibris (not so often) that are not 'cross listed" on ebay or someplace. But I have started to check Alibris more often these days. Some of the prices, of course, are outlandish. Probably individual sellers.

I was trying to place my order on my phone, and I had forgotten my password. As I tried to reset it, the submit button wouldn't work. Then after I had put things in my cart, I went to check out, had some problems and when I came back, my cart was empty. Also, I would put a book in my cart, then it would not be available 15 minutes later when I wanted to check out. So then I went to my PC to do this there, b/c your website is obviously not set up to work well on phones. When I went to search the book (b/c the cart doesn't transfer devices on the IP address), the book that was in my cart on my phone wasn't available on the website (the specific book with the same price point), so I took the book out of the cart on my phone, and refreshed my PC browser (a few times) and the book never showed back up. It makes me think that if I leave and come back, the cheaper book I was interested in is now hidden and I cannot find it. Even though the tabs say there are available options cheaper - and wont pull them up. I am unlikely to shop on this site again, if I have this kind of trouble next time. I don't have time for this.
