The Captcha gets stuck sometimes when trying email sellers and won't let me send--like going around 10x despite clearing browser, signing back in etc. Waste of time and questions don't get answered

I've reported this issue several times. The site won't take my credit cards anymore and I have to use PayPal which I am loathe to do in addition to Amazon.
Alibris's disinterest in solving this consistent problem has me seek books from other sources whenever I can. I'd rather purchse thru Alibris, but they don't seem to really care if I do. It was suggested in so many words, "It's my problem," so I purchase elsewhere when i can.
Couldn't find book anywhere else. It's a hassle to pay and not much care from customer service when i've tried to seek answers. This is new. I've ordered from Alibris for years.

Spent last 45 minutes trying to pay w diff cards, diff browsers. Just noticed I could pay w paypal (which i don't like to do).
Don't get me wrong, i LOVE supporting Alibri. This was annoying.

I lose the things I put in my cart because of your idiotic password rule. I want to buy as a guest. You won't let me because once years ago I made a password. So everything i put in the cart disappears from the inventory. So even though I would have ordered more today it is in a holding tank somewhere and your system is terrible. I cannot recommend it.
I couldn't find the books in the place I normally buy books. Otherwise I wouldn't have shopped here because I want to shop as a guest but you insist I have to use a password. I dread shopping with you. And if you want to follow up, will my reply require a password? What is this obsession with passwords.
