I've only used the site twice, but both times have been very satisfactory. I am even considering starting to sell my books again using this site.
First went to the site because the book I wnted had the lowest price. I did not order the book with the lowest price because the rating was "good" but the description seemed to be a generic description of what might be wrong with a book in the "good" catagory.
