Shipping costs are a bit of a shock, but, what the hey. It would be nice if we could get these books in ebooks, but what can you do?

In general the hyperlinks do not work. Must go back and forth many times to get the order form to accept information. A waste of my time and effort.

We were supposed to have FREE shipping ALL weekend and yet we were charged SHIPPING! Another "coupon" did not work EVEN though the original purchase was refunded. POOR SERVICE!@!

I tried for an hour to reduce the shipping price that was shown as discounted or free on the new price before checking out. It may be better to indicate in large print that the shipping reduction will show on later screen. Thanks, just a suggestion.
