Alibris cancelled 3 of my orders in the past 6 weeks, an order with 3 books werelost or stolen in your warehouse and never shipped them out to me, an two other orders were canceled as they could not find the books.
I have never experienced such chaos from Alibris in the last 25 years I had been shopping online with Alibris.

Back-and-forth juggling between finding/selecting books was tricky. There appeared to be no option for adding books once I got to the "Order" page.
The books I've purchased thus far (perhaps eight or so) were in the condition your website described -- or even better. Online ordering is convenient. What's more, buying used versus new books, is good for the environment.
