I don't like that the shipping still says $21.94 and doesn't reflect that it's free until the end. (You will lose customer with the design flaw)

Surprising me with shipping at the end is a big bummer. Why not encourage sellers to include shipping in the cost, or put the total upfront?
Because it appeared cheaper than other websites. However, as I bought multiple books, I am not actually sure if it WAS cheaper, or if the shipping cost off-set any savings.
