Alibris had a couple titles that my library and interlibrary did not have. They were important for an ongoing project, so I turned SUCCESSFYLLY to Alibris.

You useally have what I want. And your vendors tend to Under Grade (by comic collector's Standareds) so they are in better shape than the grade.

Not happy. $5 off is not a big deal on a $92 order. Shipping was proportionately a lot of the final cost.

I had a problem with the billing address. Your team seemed useless and completely unhelpful in handling the matter. As you can see, I have been doing exactly the same thing for years over many orders, including as recent as 2 weeks ago with no problem. Your team should have been able to fix this as per my history and instructions. It was not my cookies.
