Difficult to send copies to separate addresses. The system kept the current addresss instead of just going back to a blank box for the address.

Your search option needs w0rk, and there needs to be cover photos on all your books to make sure we are getting the edition we are looking for.

I would change your message for the 5$ coupon for email signup to include the fact you need to spend 50$ to get it. It is very misleading.

Only complaint is that you can access directly only wishlists and orders; accessing a cart only by adding an item and then editing the cart

Just left one of your chief competitors because of their absurb delivery policy and returns policy. I even got a $2 coupn.
Reasonable shipping time. 3 - 10 days makes sense. (I know it may take a little longer) Your competitor demands 3 week shipping for all items in US. So I switched to you!
