I love Alibris and am a long term customer. But the individual shipping costs are hard to justify, especially when I buy a new book and it arrives with crumpled corners from poor packaging.

A good site to find music, books and movies. Just being located in Canada, the shipping costs can prove to be excessive. One should have at their disposal more shipping options to reduce costs should the buyer wish to do so. Like Economy Shipping - longer to arrive, but less costly.

I have moved. I attempted to change my information SIX times before I managed to click every orange button under the sun and I was able to get your website to take my order. I thought I was thorough every time I did this. How many times do you think someone less persistent will attempt this?
