Good results (most of the time) in the past. Although this is the second time I'm paying for "The Arctic Event" - last time whoever I picked got the order mixed up and sent two of one ond none of that one. But it was a large order and by the time I figured out what had happened I just decided to let it slide.

One company sent the wrong book and I have not been able to get anyone from either your staff or theirs to help me get the right one.
No easy way to report my problem: I don't remember what I finally did but after a loud silence from Alibris I have tried to deal directly with the company who made the mistake. Again, loud silence.

Everything worked very well. The only thing I would add is that I have to research books I want elsewhere, then come here to purchase them.
I prefer to avoid buying from Amazon when I can. I remember enjoying bookstores and things have changed.
