I like their website because it is user friendly. I search for the book I am looking for and all of the listings for that book come up in order of price. So easy to compare everything I need to know about the book and the sellers without continual searching. Customer Service has always met my needs. I very much like their website. It is well organized which saves me time. Prices are good, too! I hope they never change the way they list the books

I have shopped at Alibris for about 15 years. This is the first place I go to when looking for a used book. I read the reviews about the 'seller' and make the best choice for me. Reviews are important to me. The description of the books I buy are usually better than described. Never worse.

I have ordered from several different sellers that sell on Alibris for years. So far I have always been very satisfied with my items. Usually better condition that expected. Shipping and packaging has been great. No problems with customer service ever. I pay close attention to the ratings of the sellers.
