Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!
Very Difficult to change shipping address. Had to quit internet browser and log back in again. Shipping choices limited. I know from past purchase that independent sellers can take their sweet time shipping items and often do. Why does alibris appear to charge at 1st class parcel rates and deliver at slower and cheaper media mail rate? Delivery window excessively wide.
Books came in the condition they were listed as on the website. They arrived in a timely manner. I really appreciate the inexpensive books and the listings telling me what condition they're in. I just wish the shipping wasn't so steep. But still a good place to find what you're looking for.

Found the book I wanted for a great price, ordered it, and it was delivered within a few days. The same day, my sister ordered the same title from Other Big Online Store. It won't be shipped for two more weeks.

I do a lot of secondhand book buying. I do almost all of it through alibris. I buy my remainders through Hamilton. I buy a few expensive cartoon books through Bud.

I bought this guitar lesson book in the 80s and learned from it and moved on. Today I needed this book to teach guitar (I have no idea where the first one went to) and Alibris had it. I have another student who will be purchasing from you! I was discouraged looking for this book and also sticker shocked until I came upon Alibris's web site.

The book I was a looking for was rare, and also considered a banned book, which made it difficult to find. Alibris had exactly what I wanted, and for a price that couldn't be beaten any where else. The check out process is so quick and easy I had my book within a minute.

I ordered 4 books which all came fairly quickly. One of the books was surprisingly a signed copy! Overall, the books are in great shape and the ordering process was easy. My only "beef" is the individual shipping charge for each book. But I'll deal.

Alibiris links to many retailers with a huge overall inventory, however where you buy which items will impact the shipping cost and it can take a moment's figuring to determine what the shipping cost will be and therefore, what the real price will be for items listed. It's well worth it IMHO; I've never gotten anything that wasn't as described, books were in as good or better condition than indicated, excellent values.

I just paid more in shipping $140 than the books cost. I had no choice because I need the books for the 7th grade students. NONE of the coupons would work for my purchase. I think something can be done about this.

I was very pleased with the book. It was better than described, which was extra nice because it is going to be a gift. The shipping took longer than expected and there wasn't a valid tracking number. It would've helped to be able to track it, but it arrived and all is good and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Your page for choosing payment method was broken and wouldn't allow the choice to pay by credit card, instead forcing me to use PayPal. Also shipping is supposed to be free for an order that cost this much, but I wasn't given that option at checkout.

I love finding books on Alibris, giving a book a second life and saving money at the same time. If I'm looking for multiple titles I try and find them all at the same shop to save on multiple shipping costs or look for the Alibris Truck.

Within 4 hours of ordering two books, I realized that I already had one of them. I sent an email requesting that one of the books be canceled. When I heard back the following day, the book had already shipped. No big deal and it speaks well of Alibris in that (a) shipment was very timely, and (b) customer support was also speedy.
I tried to cancel a book that I had ordered, but it had already shipped. It was a duplicate of a book that I already owned. I was told I could return it for a refund, but the cost of shipping both ways negated that action. Not a problem. I will put the book in a neighbor's Little Library so that a neighbor can enjoy it.

You always have the books I want/need, and most all of them can be found in the USED category. I receive books sent from a variety of bookstores (try to find those closest to AZ), yet they all arrive fairly quickly, as described.

Hi, I looked up the film I'd wanted on your site: 13, and clicked on what I thought was the correct film. What I got was the 13th Day, a religious film which I don't want. I'm a little frustrated but I realize it's on me for not being more vigilant. Everything else was fine - delivery time, etc.

The book is great. It is in great shape, and exactly what I was looking for. If I were to nitpick, it took a couple days more than I expected to get the book, but it really isn't a big deal. The book is in terrific shape, and I can't wait to read through this series again.
Variety of selection. You have to be careful with what you choose and pay attention to details to make sure you get the book you want, but the variety and pricing is great.

I odn't like that you cant see the rating of the sellers when you are picking out the books. I signed up for one seller who had a 1 star rating and I couldn't get rid of it so ended the transaction and started over. Postage today widely variable.;-(((
