Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!
Very Difficult to change shipping address. Had to quit internet browser and log back in again. Shipping choices limited. I know from past purchase that independent sellers can take their sweet time shipping items and often do. Why does alibris appear to charge at 1st class parcel rates and deliver at slower and cheaper media mail rate? Delivery window excessively wide.
Its painful to have to fill out the form by hand to place an order. I have auto fill with dashlane for 15 years but somehow your site made me type in each section manually.

I've been a member of Alibris for many years. Very seldom have I had a problem, and never a serious one. They usually have any book I seek, even those not carried by other dealers.

Alibris delivers what they say. The books generally all come from different vendors, but they arrive in good condition, and I love being able to buy used books and then pass them on to friends.

My original order was cancelled. I was given an option for another book but at a higher cost. This is almost sounds like "bait-and-switch". I hope this never happens again

I have purchased books through Alibris for many years. It is a wonderful resource. I do think they could improve delivery times. It would seem the order could be transmitted to the book store the same day as order and could be mailed the next day.

Few of the books I searched for came up by title even when I added author and publisher, and tried the advanced search as well. When I typed in ISBN, then many copies came up. Plus shipping is very high priced.
You had the first two books I was shopping for at a cheaper price than I found elsewhere.

Wish you gave seniors a discount. I'm a disabled senior stuck at home and I can't do much but read. I don't really like reading on a tablet or a computer, so having a book in my hands feels right. Just wish I could afford to buy more often. And getting free shipping would be great!

There was a delay in the delivery of my book. It took 3 weeks in all - and about 2 weeks after the date they projected it to arrive. The customer service at Alibris was great - they were very attentive and supportive. The problem seemed to be with the USPS.

Michael B. From Alibris reached out to me to explain why i had to purchase the book 3 times because their seller did not update their inventory. I understand that (and i did eventually receive the book!) i am not placing the blame for this on alibris (a service i enjoy using); I just wish the sellers could update their inventory in real time. Seems like this could be easily automated.

Most of the books were OK. Three had all sorts of writing in them on many pages. I didnt realize I was getting a workbook that was already completed in a few sections. One even has pink jelly on EVERY page and the pages were all stuck together.
Good prices. This is the first time I have had jelly on the pages. Nasty.

All 5 stars. The book was rated as "Good" condition and it was in excellent condition. I ordered a similar book from Half Price and literally 1/3 of the book lost it's pages. That's why I tried Alibris and I am very satisfied.

Would be nice if you could expand your free shipping program. Shipping is usually about 40% of the cost of my orders. The prices are still good, but could maybe find a way to get a bit better.
