Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!
Very Difficult to change shipping address. Had to quit internet browser and log back in again. Shipping choices limited. I know from past purchase that independent sellers can take their sweet time shipping items and often do. Why does alibris appear to charge at 1st class parcel rates and deliver at slower and cheaper media mail rate? Delivery window excessively wide.
I love alibris - so easy to find what I want, select condition, prices and shipping fees, and even reduce carbon footprint!(bookseller's distance from me)
I always check my local indie bookshops first, but when their websites say "unavailable at this time," it's lovely to support others without involving the big gorilla ([A_n] ;)

I entered 3 books for a total of $41.00 that said they had free shipping but it still showed shipping of $11 when I went to check out. I cancelled the other two books and bought only one.

Never be without a book to read. Alibris has more books than your local library and bookstores. They always have had whatever book I need or want to read.

The shipping prices ste too high. Please encourage you book sellers to use Media Rate through USPS. The shipping is often three times the price of the book. I shop less frequently with you because of the shipping costs.
I chose Alibris because you have great book prices. Maybebyou can issue better coupons to offset the cost of shipping if the sellers will not use Media Rate to ship books.
Is it possible to make Media Rate an option for the buyers who are not in a rush to receive their books?

The website was easy to navigate. The books were easy to order and were delivered when expected. A couple of your items by Barbie Breathitt are mixed up. For instance, a 2018 russian soccer book is the description and item under one of Barbie Breathitt's dream symbolism items. I know, because I ordered that item and got the Soccer book! I want Barbie's item! So, I'm trying to order a different one again.

I liked being able to see all of my possible buying options quickly and clearly--and to have all of the information I needed at hand easily. It was a good online shopping experience.
You had the book title that I had ordered from Amazon (for cheaper, frankly), but then they never shipped it to me, so I had to go searching again. I am paying $15 more for it this time around, but at least it will (hopefully) make it to me this time, since it is a birthday gift (for me!).
