Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!
Very Difficult to change shipping address. Had to quit internet browser and log back in again. Shipping choices limited. I know from past purchase that independent sellers can take their sweet time shipping items and often do. Why does alibris appear to charge at 1st class parcel rates and deliver at slower and cheaper media mail rate? Delivery window excessively wide.
Good it was not complicated. Very self explanatory. The price is what got my initial attention. I hope once I receive the book I am just as satisfied!

I was able to order autobiography of the flea for $15. I inadvertently log out. Returned to replace my original order and was refused. That book was no longer available in 2 minutes later.

I found some gently used Eric Carle books for a wonderful price. It was even worth it to purchase through Alibris with shipping cost. That is not always the case with Amazon free shipping, but in this case it was.
I prefer to not contribute to the waste in the world, so I try to buy pre owned items when possible and within reason.

Good options for each item. I like the rating of the sellers. I wish the coupons you send, though, weren't limited to your selection choices but could be applied to the whole order I send in. It's annoying to keep getting messages in almost daily emails as to discounts when they don't relate to the items I want to order.

The bizarre shipping price issue is persisting. I choose up to 8 copies of one book just so that I can remove the ones with the high shipping charges from the order at the check out stage. If the Shipping charges were listed with the item, I wouldn't have to go through that completely time wasting work around. I have surfaced this issue - IN DETAIL - to the OFFSHORE customer support team. It took days to get through them begging the question and not answering and flat out ignoring the entire issue and then LYING about how the shipping charges are generated.
It is one of two aggregators. The shipping cost issue has stopped me from ever recommending Alibris again.

Alibris is a user friendly site. I appreciate the different options for selecting used books. Selecting a vendor that is closest to my address generally ensures a faster shipping time.
