This site is so easy to navigate. I was able to lookup a title I was interested in, choose a copy, order and pay in less than three minutes all from the comfort of my own home.
I have never had a problem finding, ordering and receiving anything I have ordered from this site. So easy to use. Books always arrive within a few days. So glad I discovered Alibris on the Rakuten site.

Fairly easy to shop and check out. I like the way you can choose specific editions of your books and don't have to guess whether the book will look the same as it appears on your page.
They have been reliable in the past, and they allow you to sort according to specific editions and publishing dates for books, unlike other well-known online book sites.

Availability is good but shipping is high and there was nowhere I could put the coupon code I was given thru email when I was placing my order. It would have been $3 off. That's not nice
Because I was offered a $3 coupon if I bought $30 worth of items. But then there was no way to put the coupon code on the Ordering part. Not pleased at all, no.

I was looking for 3 books by the same author---only 2 of them were found. Somewhere during my shopping was a notice for FREE SHIPPING with alibris. That disappeared and now my shipping is almost the same amount as one of the books I purchased.

Alibris has always shown to have a good selection of books on varying subjects I have researched. Twice I emailed customer service and they got back to me promptly and addressed my issues.
I saw a selection of these books in another store. They cost more and I was curious to read them even though I am not super interested in this city. I was curious if you had them and the cost.

Thank you for posting shipping cost BEFORE I have to enter my personal information such as address, email, etc. I buy a lot online and sites that require me to enter an email address and home address BEFORE they give me shipping... Don't get my money, it's that simple.
