Neither the payment nor the checkout page allowed me to enter the coupon code BASIN (or any other, because the coupon box isn't there!)
Shopping as guest, the contents of my cart vanished, as soon as I signed in with my email address and password. Other websites must detect my IP address, given the contents of the guest cart ARE NOT LOST, when I sign in.
When searching for movies, the search engine defaults to books with each new search. Shouldn't the customer change the search category and not the computer program?
I received an email stating I could use the coupon code BASIN, for a $15 discount. I could NOT use ANY COUPON CODE today!

I ordered another copy of this book earlier this week, and my order was canceled after you charged my card. The cancellation email said you would issue a refund but I am still waiting two days later.
The cancellation email said we have similar items in stock, and there was one for even cheaper.

Excellent location to find books at less than store retail prices. Can find obscure books. The free shipping option is great. I send my college students here. Often faster than interlibrary loan.

It's such a good value. I'm an avid recycler, and buying used books is the highest level - to reuse instead of buying new. I've always had good experiences with orders from Alibris.

I can usually find the books I want at reasonable prices. So far, the books I've purchased have all arrived in perfect condition, which is important to me.
I wanted a print copy of a book and prior to checking your site, I had been only able to find it in ebook format. I prefer paper and print. You had it. I was also able to order a second book for considerably less than another site.
