You have a very poor customer service, I had ordered a rather inexpensive book which I never received and your company did nothing in assisting me. Very disappointing.

Updating my credit card details did not work. There's no obvious option to edit credit card info other than mid-way through the check-out process, and it doesn't work.
Only option for the item I'm looking for.

Excellent! The only improvement would be when I searched for "Spanish novels," you listed books for students at beginning/intermediate levels. I wish the search feature were more nuanced.

Fix the postal code box in billing address on mobile. Currently only allows numbers which means canadians can't type in their postal codes and proceed with their orders.
Alibris had the book I was looking for. If Barnes & Noble shipped to Canada, I would not have chosen Alibris b/c book was a little more expensive for a used one whereas I could have gotten cheaper at B&N but they don't ship to Canada, so oh well.

I like the thought of ordering from smaller bookstores instead of always going to the biggest well-known stores. Of course, your store must be really big, but I would rather buy from you and individuals and neighborhood bookstores.

Love the verity of subjects carried. The rating system helps me decide on which seller to choose from. As well as their location compared to where I live.
I have know about Alibris but never tried them. I heard of a book that is hard to get and Alibris had used copies. I`m hooked now.

Paying shipping is a hassle-have to be really careful to buy from the same shipper or shipping charges can be huge and can't see that until checking out.
Return shopper. Buy books I give to therapy clients so like finding reasonable prices. Hate that I have to give consent to publish or I can’t give feedback. Will not do this again. I recommend Alibris to others regularly.

There was only one seller/purchase option, so it was an easy choice. Besides, this is not my first purchase on Alibris, so navigating the site was a breeze.
This site had the lowest price (incl. Shipping fee) that was available today among the few vendors I am comfortable doing business with; includes my preference to use PayPal as my payment vehicle.
