I tried to register for a new account w you, and after I entered my password and confirmed it, suddenly I was someplace else; and I couldn't get back to registering, so I just ordered the book as a guest.

Alibris claims to have shipped the book on Aug 18th, now September 2nd and tracking hasn't updated (USPS is saying they never received package from Alibris) and Alibris is saying there isn't any tracking (then why did they send a tracking number? Every other order I've placed with them had tracking, and the tracking worked) and that they can't help. Usually Alibris is great, but customer service feels useless- how about just LOOKING INTO the tracking number?

Always received the correct item. There was one instance where an item was missing with the book. I emailed the distributor and they sent me a brand new copy with everything in it. Just wow!

It is very hard to figure out what qualifies for free shipping on the cart. I have shopped several times only to find that the shipping costs are more than the books and I quit.
Got an email and was interested in free shipping. Decided to go ahead and pay the shipping that is more than the cost of the books because I didn't figure out how to select only eligible for free shipping books. I figured this time my time making selections was worth it. Won't do it again.
