Your shipping rates are quite high for postage shipping. The last book took 3 weeks to arrive, unlike your quote of 3-16 days (business days I assumed).

Shipping unfair especially when coupon states free shipping when it's deceiving and is same as not having coupon for items that are on the truck poor marketing.

FAST and efficient response to my canceling an order from Dallas Thrift Books for a newer edition of this book. This allowed me to order this older edition from Hippo.
PRICE PRICE PRICE and usually super-fast shipping. LOVE also how you how location of seller as some are overseas in other websites and you get the book 2 years later
