It was unable to pay via PayPal due to maximum limit for shipping and another tax was around 61 USD. Price of order was approximately 41 USD and total payment was 113.36 USD. I am worried about VISA card fraud or there could be stolen VISA card data and than I suppose payment by VISA card on internet as insecure without possibility to pay by PayPal.
It was nowhere possible to by 23 years old books.

There are many great titles at really good prices. I was a bit confused about the Free shipping and how the price of shipping went up and down during checkout. I almost canceled my order.
The email with the $20 coupon - although it was misleading.

A prompt and easy online order form. However, I'd accidentally left out my apt. # in the billing address, and your site did not have a way to go back and fill it in before placing the order.

I wish books purchased from the same store had combined shipping like it use to. I'd have purchased more if it were the case, but spending $4 to $5 per book for shipping alone is a but extreme.
I use to shop Alibris frequently on an old account I lost access to. I liked the affordability of the site and repurposing previously loved books. I am disappointed now though that shipping has changed to per book and not by shop. I use to recommend this site a lot, now I'm reluctant to with it now being less affordable.

As far as I can tell both books are coming from the same distributor, at the same time. I'm being charged twice for shipping. If they arrive in one package I should be refunded one of the charges.

Yeah I got the ebook quickly. It didn't come ad fast as I thought it would but overall I can't complain.
I wanted a cheap ebook for my summer classes and I didn't want to wait up to a week or two to get the physical book since summer classes are short and fast.

The layout of the website for mobile users is truly awful. It was confusing to determine which offerings you had, and the font was so tiny that it was difficult to select what I wanted. NOT USER FRIENDLY!

Offering $5 off to sign up with email is misleading. Getting an email that says $5 off $50, I was disgruntled to say the least. I'm not sure I will be back after this purchase. I hate clickbait.
Needed inexpensive copies of a book for a study group.

I paid the $19.99 to sell, but the site won't let me log in most of the time. When I did finally get in, I found that it WON'T LET ME POST PHOTOS of the items I want to sell, which renders the site totally useless.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They say on the phone that they don't answer the phone! You have to email them and then you get a response from India 2 days later saying they can't help.
ALIBRIS SUCKS.

Alibris is an unethical company with utterly pathetic customer service.

Your online system is a nightmare. To simply change a Password becomes a joke, add to that a change in address compounds the nightmare, especially if the shipping address is different.
Have someone step through such a scenario and you'll see what I mean. I'm sure others have switched to Amazon in frustration. I GAVE YOU A SECOND CHANCE!

I appreciated how easy it was to separate what was able to be freely shipped from everything else, and they seemed to have all the books that I wanted in stock!
