The only thing I could wish for is that specific info on a used book is offered, not a general overview as with this purchase. I'm taking a chance that the charts are readable.

I despise the reprints of old books which are hard to distinguish from the originals. It would be nice if reprints had their own section of your website since Alibris specializes in old books.

Something went wrong the first time I clicked Submit, so I looked at all parts, changed none, & Submitted again. I hope that I will only be charged once

I still did not see on the prior page what credit card you were using until I got to THIS page and THEN it shows me the card After The Fact. If it is somewhere there on the page BEFORE I checkout finally, I CAN'T SEE IT. This is a design flaw. Everyone needs to have confidence that their correct card is being charged. Last time it was the wrong card and it was a mess for me. Plus I am always seeing popup to activate a 5% cash back which I do click on and I see another popup that says ACTIVATED but I have yet to see how that works on your site and this cash back program is never acknowledged on your checkout page.

Twice now I've tried to order some rare books that I found at a reasonable price only for 2 days to go by then I get an order cancellation notice because then item is actually out of stock.

I previously ordered books and should have been told the books were not in stock. I cancelled books, and was not given any information on being issued a refund. This is no way to run a business.

I will know more when my book arrives. At this point it was easy to order and even though it was higher in shipping then other book companies, the lower price of the book offset the cost.
It popped up when looking at Amazon and the price was good.

My favorite quick and easy way to buy books for literally anything I need. I've only ever not found a book I need on here once and I love books a lot. This site is the best.

I have been trying to get the coupon codes and free shipping to work for 18 hours and finally gave up on free shipping. Of course no customer assistance. You really need some work on your service.

It is sad that sales are what bring you to the site - with promises of free shipping and coupons that only apply to the very cheap book prices but not to the ridiculous shipping & handling charges.

I was able to find all of the books for my book club reading list next year all in one place. It was easy to place order. I enjoyed seeing other book titles that may interest me.

When trying to check out as a guest, was told I had already registered (?) and made to 'change' my password. When I returned to Cart, I found it empty! My choices were no longer available. Not good!

I was repeatedly unable to use Paypal as my payment method. The response was, "We're sorry, we're unable to find that page." Not a glittering experience.
