January 12,2022, I ordered AutoCAD and Its Applications Comprehensive 2020 (27th Twenty-Seventh Edition, Revised, Textbook edition)
By Terence M Shumaker, David A Madsen, David P Madsen book with a price of $168.57 from Alibris and the order went through without a problem, received my confirmation by email and the next day I received a cancelation order email of order because the book was "no longer available" and today I search for the same book and it is in stock but with a price of $441.65! I am very upset because amazon's same book was available at the time I ordered from Alibris (Wednesday) and today I cannot find the book! And I cannot afford $441.65 dollars for the book! Honor your online orders! Just make miss the opportunity of purchasing the book in another serious website where they honor the online orders.

It would help however if you made clear the shipping method used -
Where i live, UPS and Ex deliver to home address - 200 Big Sky
But US mail and usps deliver only to P O Box 7923- so orders were refused by
Post office and returned since they had 200 Big Sky as address. Amybe you could just keep record of both addresses and use what is needed?

Well, I ordered 6 books in Large Print, but when I got to checkout, there were THREE of them no longer in large print. This is most distressing. My wife needs Large pRINT AND i CAN'T COUNT ON ALIBRIS TO HELP ME.

I purchased "Las Muertas" by deceased Mexican author Jorge Ibarguengoitia expecting the original Spanish edition; instead, I was sent the book in Arabic, which does me no good at all. I would like to return it for FULL credit INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS. THIS WAS ORDER NO. *******-1.

The only bad experience I've ever had was the seller's fault, and Alibris made it right immediately. I always find what I'm looking for and it comes super qick!

The UI of the website is really easy to interact with, and there's a lot of specific filters that help you find exactly what you're looking for. I also love the feature of giving book sellers their own ratings, so I know I can actually trust the people I'm giving my money to.
The prices are really good and I know I can find everything I'm looking for. Besides my local secondhand bookstore this is the only place I buy books anymore because it has everything.

I had to step away for a while with two books from the same vendor in my cart, and when I came back they were gone, and not back on the list, so I had to buy them separately.

I had tremendous difficulty with my password. My password did not work, and it took two attempts to re-set it before I was able to access my account. Because of this, I had to re-enter my credit card information. I guess it's Halloween spooks.
