Would be nice to see shipping costs up-front so they don't come as a surprise at checkout. Shipping was nearly as much as the items! I still ordered the books, so there's that.

My first order with Alibris for this title failed, as the seller said he had sold it long ago. Alibris had to refund my payment. I hope the second order works out better.

It was strait forward and intuitive. I recommend checking out the used books if you want to save some money. It is almost too easy.

Alibris is a great site. Love the wish list feature, sometimes the books I saved are out of stock when I return; and usually with in a week or so Alibris has them back in stock.
I like that my purchase is supporting independent bookstores.

I tried a discount code that I received this week, but it was unacceptable. Then you had a code for $20 off but it required looking for some stupid "Truck". I'll shop on AbeBooks next time!

I like the idea of combining shipping from the same seller, but it's hard to figure that out. I guess the company's software will do that for me, but that's not clear on the cart page.
Good place to find a cheap version of the book that I needed to complete my collection.

So far so good. I've received everything I ordered. Sometimes it takes a long time but I don't wait until the last minute to order so that's ok. Besides that's up to the post office anyway.

Well, I think that the information for shipping costs should be part of the cost base of the book before check out. I did enjoy pursuing the selection of books.

It was not clear to me the coupon usage process. I think the coupon discount should be explained clearer and EARLIER in the ordering process because then you would be encouraged to buy more books because you are CLEARLY aware that you will be getting a discount with your coupon! EVERYONE LOVES THAT!

You are cheaper than Amazon when it comes to shipping. My only complain is searching books under the seller's banner. It only covers maybe three pages and I know the seller has more than three pages.

There was no area to place discount code. You have discount codes to receive money off order on first page of website, but no place to use them. I'm not happy.

Very hard to change my shipping address. Went to screen to make changes and when I clicked on box that looked to be for saving changes, nothing happened. Possible problem could be working on a Mac?

The address change did not work the first time. I had to back up.
Brazil was not in your country list! But it appeared in the final address.

Tried to check out FOUR separate times. Each time it took over half of my books out of my cart, all of which I had to find again and re-add before each subsequent attempt. Had to use a separate e-mail as a guest account to FINALLY be able to complete my purchase which is RIDICULOUS!
I had already spent hours choosing books and sellers otherwise I would have gone straight to another website. I have never had so much trouble placing an online order!

Shipping too high to buy multiple books. Bargine books for 99 cents end up being $12 dollars afte shipping and tax. This makes them far from a bargain.

One of my books didn't come with the cover. On the description it said the product might have some usage wear but it did not say it did not come with the cover.
