Said I needed $9. Xx something for free shipping, I added an eligible book, but the program kept charging me shipping anyway so I just gave up on free shipping falsely advertised.

Easy to find what I'm looking for, easy to check out. UI is easy to navigate. I'd like to be able click on book images and have them enlarge so I can read them better.

I found it nearly impossible to remove a double and then the order tripled for the same book - attempted to order four times before I finally was able to edit - should be a lot easier.

I received a damaged book in and had a heck of a time trying to get the refund "straightened out". Thanks to the professionalism of Mr Michael B, it's completed and I'm happy once again.

Tip for consumers:
If you receive a damaged book, you may have to pay yourself to return it for a refund even though it states you can "print the return label", there may not be a return label. In my experience, there was NO RETURN LABEL so I had to pay to return the book myself and they will NOT refund me for it. Even though they shipped the book to me in an envelope.

It's very easy to find the type of books that I want at the best prices for used books that I've found anywhere. And the shipping price is consistent with what you find anywhere else.
I have received better service than through Amazon used books. Amazon dropped my order for some reason twice in a row and didn't even tell me the books I ordered weren't coming. I have gotten excellent service from Alibris and will shop here first before looking anywhere else.

I prefer to buy from Alibris because it is not owned by Amazon. However, I find your website more and more difficult to use, the more bells and whistles you add. Just for example, looking for a book today (can't remember which one) a lot of MP3 audio books came up first. Also if, at the bottom of the list, I click on "next" or "2" to get to the next page, I am taken back to the start of the list. Maybe most people like your new glitzy look - I wouldn't be surprised. As for me, I like the feeling, which I don't get so much now, of browsing in a humungus used book store with the authors and titles neatly arranged. Still, best of luck - keep going. (P.S., I used to have a (mostly classical) CD store and still have a small stock, so I am an Amazon seller. I've stopped selling anything priced under $15 - too much hassle for pennies. I've checked your sellers site; too rich for me, but that's not a complaint; it's completely understood. It's important for you to stay in business and for that, unlike Amazon, you've got to make a decent profit.) Anyway, keep going - it's important. But that I have to check this box [I agree to have this feedback published on public websites (Sitejabber, Google, and others) to help inform other consumers] to send my feedback is 100% crappy.
