Signed up to receive $5 off my order with a code sent to my email. Typed the correct code in and a message stated that it had expired. I JUST received it, how can it be expired!

Not sure how they calculated the PA 6% tax for a 99 cent book. They came up with 33 cents. Here in PA it would only be 6 cents. The tax does not apply to shipping cost!

Usually a good selection of books and other products. I am surprised and so what disappointed when I can't find some titles that I have found on other book sites (and I am not talking about Amazon!].
I have some extra money to spend and I like when I can get free shipping and the right price.

Very good, but I wanted to order two copies of a book and was advised that I had already ordered it. Which I had. But I saw no way to increase the number from 1 to 2.

I checked out the cart and then was unable to go back to shopping without loosing what was in my cart. It cost me extra shipping for the other book I wanted and I didn't appreciate that.

It is impossible to get customer service. I needed to change an address 30 seconds after ordering and it is impossible to reach anyone. Had to order a second book because no way to cancel or alter

Scam of a shipping policy. I had $39 of books in my cart and qualified for free shipping, but because it was exactly $39, you did not give me free shipping. But you're already aware of this.

I'm 86 years old so filling out the information on a website can be challenging. I worried about the shipping address being different than the billing address, but I think I did it right. I hope so!
I chose Alibris because another seller did NOT get the book sent to the shipping address. Instead they sent it to me! I refused to have to pay shipping twice. So I returned the book unopened and found your sight. Please don’t let me down.

Your pricing as displayed is just not honest. $8 shipping for an $8 book? Wow. If you sent book rate (cheap!) your customers wouldn't feel taken advantage of.

Everything was fine until you displayed this popup opinion survey which I could not easily dismiss and it's in the way of what I want to look at to review the items I just ordered.

I've used Alibris for years. Usually find all I'm looking for and within 10 minutes it's ordered. I've ordered and sent friends books and movies while on the phone with them.
I think there was one incident years ago that there was a shipping problem and it was rectified with refund.
I've used other sites but always use Alibris as my go to first choice.

Your website is not as user friendly as some I use in that I have to keep putting the same author in search. Unless of course I haven't figured out how to use it.
I couldn't find all the books I wanted at a website that has free shipping. You did have most of the books but the shipping is so expensive I had to question if I could really afford it. I did decide to see if you could find a book I'm looking for and will be thankful if you can.

Excellent; found most things I wanted; easy to order; as I live in the UK and buy books not only for me here, but also for relatives in the USA, it's a big bonus for me to be able to change the shipping address so I can order from the UK but have the books sent directly to my US relatives.
I've happily bought used and out of print books from Alibris over a few years now and have been pleased to have found some of what I wanted and the descriptions of their conditions has always been pretty accurate.

Alibris had the book I wanted at a reasonable price and in like new conditions. I owned a new copy of this book back in 1982 but I let someone borrow it and when it was finally returned it was in terrible condition. Live & learn.
