Easy to find the book I wanted, but had trouble checking out. Kept getting message that my emails didn't match. Had to start over, then the book was gone. Had to go back to history to try again.

The shopping process was customer friendly. I am waiting to find out how the sellers description of used books compare to the actual books once received. Is the condition accurate.

I went to movies then to Popeye with robin williams then clicked on the one that said "fine like new" paide and then find it is some sort of Popeye game! If it is listed under movies it should be a MOVIE NOT SOMETHING ELSE!
The price is right but one needs to be very careful as things may not be what you think

Lots of choices for each book so you could get exactly what you want. It's nice to be able to choose the condition of the item you are purchasing also.

When google populates the billing address form I should not have to go back and re-enter all of the debit card info because your form requires that I correct the google state from "New Jersey" to the asinine demand for the two letter code "NJ".

I haven't had any issues finding the books I want. I would like if the sellers could post actual pictures of the books so I can confirm the edition, quality, if it's still in a plastic seal, etc.

Had difficult time finding the BUY button as it is at the very bottom bottom of the page. Why not put another one somewhere at the top for quick purchase?

The check out could be easier, especially the address portion. I would prefer my address be number 1 choice and not the last address is used to ship a gift.

Only 1 problem... first address is SHIPPING address and second address is BILLING address. I suggest using CAPITAL letters to clarify the two addresses. I accidentally did it correctly but better emphasis in those two important words would help

Changing the billing address is not easy. The message you get when a card doesn't go through doesn't tell you WHY. Then you have to re-enter all the information again.

When I Click on details for a particular book it shows the postage. But when I add it to my cart and attempt to check out, the postage is higher, sometimes much higher. Feels like bait and switch.

It took 5 or 6 times for me to complete the billing and shipping address because the website kept crashing and disconnecting me so I had to redo the order.
