It was difficult to find the specific volume in a series that I was searching for. There was some kind of serial number, but no indication of the volume number until I clicked on the long number.
Sometimes it has books that are not available on other sites.

I had to place two orders to ship to two different addresses which means the code was not applicable for the total order. It would be great to be able to make one credit card purchase as well.

The added shipping is so much and confusing. I tried to get a discount on shipping multiple items from one seller, but it didn't work. Shipping is more than the books! How can I get a discount on it?

You shouldn't have to pay shipping fees for each dvd when you are getting more than one from the same place. They should send all of them at one time and only charge shipping fees for one package.

It should be easier to search by seller - i tried to add a few more items from the seller i chose to make the postage more worth it, but it took about 25 clicks to get there!
