Was very quick in the order, however, when I changed my password, the email gave me a coupon code. When placing the code in, it said that it expired. :(

I am a swimmer heard about this book from a friend at the pool and this was the cheapest book available as I scanned quickly. Looking forward to the read.

I compared the cost of the book with two other sellers (NOT including Amazon, which I avoid whenever possible) and alibris offered the best price. As usual. And, easy peasy process.

I find it frustrating that I can't see how much shipping is from the various sellers, where it all gets lumped together at the end.
I know I'm saving a little on shipping by buying multiple books from a seller, but I wish I knew how much, as it makes it very time consuming to try out different combinations of different sellers and see which one is cheaper.
If it was transparant about how much shipping was (like "+4.49 shipping" or "+4.49 shipping, each additional book 2.75) then I would choose, say to buy a slightly more expensive book from that seller, because its 1.25 cheaper to ship,etc etc.
As things stand now, its kind of opaque to see what the real cost is until I'm at checkout. Its frustrating. I spent a good hour more on the site than I needed to, tyring to figure out shipping combinations, also realizing cheap books at $2 seemed to up my total cost quite a bit in shipping. In frustration, I ended up deleting all the extra books I would buy, because it would take too much time to individually figure out what they would add to hte shipping cost.
Having a transparent shipping cost would help IMMENSELY, save me time, and make me more likely to come back. Thanks

Books easy to find.
There ought to be a way to purchase 3-4 books from a single seller and get a break on shipping costs, instead of a $4.49/book charge!

Simple and straightforward if you purchase a single book.
If you want to purchase multiple books from a specific dealer and combine the order to reduce shipping costs, you have hit a brick wall.

The website works well. Two areas where it could be improved: (1) make it easier to see the condition of the book as you scan the search results. (2) Add ApplePay.

Just as easy as Amazon, and I'm about done with Amazon. I'm trying to wean myself off of Amazon. I try to buy from Etsy, or directly from sellers' websites.
I'm sick of Amazon and their woke agenda and censorship. I want to support the free exchange of ideas and thoughts. I ordered a 'banned' Dr Seuss book because big tech told me I couldn't buy it. Alibris may be the last, best hope we have to maintain a true 'library' of the written word and the true history of the world. For those of us with two brain cells left, we know: those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. My suggestion to you at Alibris: keep a list of the books that Amazon and eBay are banning and begin promoting them everywhere!

Easy to find what I needed, easy to create an account, update shipping address, connect to PayPal for payment, and finalize my order. Shipping and tax are fair and reasonable.

The Alibris experience was fine. The rest is up to the seller. One recommendation I would make would be to add apple and google pay to the payment options.
