Cannot check out in chrome. Login doesn't work. Login only works in Safari. I can never get to the checkout in Chrome. I always have to finish checkout in another browser. Seems buggy.

It was very simple and straightforward. I also liked the fact that the prices were very low for books that are worth $30+. I also liked how the cheapest options were displayed first.

I forgot to sign in and added all my books to my cart. Once I realized it and did sign in it deleted my cart. Very aggravating that I have to go and find all of them again.

Shopping is ok but I believe as loyal customers you should give discounts for people who buy multiple books from the same place. It doesn't leave you with a warm fuzzy to never receive any benefits.

Only negative... it shows shipping charges before you go to the payment screen even if it's free shipping. I was hesitant to continue thinking I was going to be charged shipping.

I would like a way to order two copies of the same book. I could not figure out a way to do that using the alibris.com website, so I ordered the same book from two different vendors.

Sellers should show the exact cover of the books so I know which printing I am ordering. Also some do not show the publisher date which also is a clue for which cover is on the book.
