I always find the book that I am looking for and I love knowing that most of the books I get are old library books.
So I don't use Amazon, I want to support libraries and thrift shops instead.

I had asked for one paper back book and one hard cover, but when it came time to checkout, I only had one hardback book ordered, so to keep it simple, I ordered another hardback book
I had ordered through Amazon on May 17th, but never received my order to date
Before placing this order I check again with my Amazon order for "Irresistible Revolution: Marxism's Goal of Conquest and the Unmaking of America's Military" and it still had not been sent, so I canceled my order. Hope Alibris can do better!

One book I ordered was not an orginal. I have the original and the second one I ordered from you us only have the original book. Was very disappointed.

(1) I did not get the discount promised in the email. (2) I kept updating the credit card info, and it did not save. This is dangerous and I don't appreciate it.
Because of the promised discount! Which did not show up the second time I put in the corrected credit card info. Annoying. I have other sites to order from.

I have not been here recently but it is nice here and I will return. I have faith that the book will arrive promptly and looking forward to enjoying it.
For the library type purchase of the hard copy - I saw the film and have the audible versions but the films are all NOT true to the original - so I thought it would be fun to see what the book would be like in its original form.

Took too many steps to change my shipping address. Had to change it, then even though it was new default, old address showed up on checkout, had to delete old address to get it to work.

I had to put the order in twice. The first time it told me the book was no longer available and the next one cost $20 more. I rechecked and the book I ordered was still available and I ordered it.

Difficult to juggle between signing in and getting back to your shopping cart that still has your books in it! Had to go back and forth, and back and forth, to find it that still had the books in it and had not gone instead to 0! I likely would not have bothered to re-shop and fill it again. Also - I'M NOT HAPPY THAT I DID NOT GET THE $10 OFF AS ADVERTISED IN THE EMAIL YOU SENT THAT PROMPTED ME TO SHOP! WHY?

Prices were decent but I thought shipping cost was exhorbitant since all items came from a single seller.

The book I wanted was easy to find with multiple options and I was able to pay through PayPal. Easy checkout and exactly the book I wanted. It doesn't get any easier than this.

The difference between the library site and the retail site is not clear. The prices seem to include shipping costs but not tax, so the result in the cart isn't what shows during search.

Typing in the isbn does not display the book in hardcover etc. Typing in the title does, so I would have to search for things multiple times. Slightly annoying.
Some 3rd party books were less expensive here than elsewhere.
