Your website is AWFUL; very inconsistent. I had to work on this for so long to get the code to work and get the shipping right; over and over. Almost cancelled the order to start over elsewhere. AUGH

Shopping was good. However, the email that I received Friday, January 15,2021 said that shipping was free during the weekend. I was charged for shipping. Where did the FREE go?

I love alibris! The only issue is that if I was buying multiple books I wish the shipping wouldn't be as high as it is as it sometimes makes up the difference buying the book new!

I like finding older sitcoms on dvd for less money sold by 3rd party sellers on Alibris for less money than the 3rd party sellers on Ebay sell the same items for more money.Alibris rocks!

I love books. I love inexpensive books more. Love the site suggesting less expensive alternatives. Filters are acting a bit wonky to look through hard back and paper copy, not acting as intended the reason for the minus one star.

Yall need to work on the confirmation system. I had to refresh the page to see if the book was added to my cart, instead of it just taking me to my cart page.
It was the one of the few websites that had access to the book that i was looking for.

I love Alibris. One small feature request: don't take me to the wishlist page when I move an item from my cart to it. Just remove it from my cart and leave me in my cart page.
It's a great alternative to Amazon, whom I try to avoid. They have more than enough market share as it is

I was not able to use the coupon code that I have. It did not give me an option at check out nor did it give an explination as to why it was not available.

Fix the software the reassigns your default shipping address to whichever shipping address you last used. I pick my default and it should not change unless I change it.

One problem - no way to update your credit card information except by purchasing a book. Also, when a purchase failed to go through, I did not get a message telling that it had. Only after waiting a period for the book to arrive did I check back and discover that the purchase never executed.

To date, I've always had good experiences with Alibris, and I was able to quickly locate used copies of 2 more books I need for a college class over the summer, so that was a relief.
Because Jeff Bezos already has enough money, and having exploited workers in an Amazon.com warehouse pick and pack my book just doesn't feel like the right thing to do.

I like the search engine. I don't like the way you can't send a gift (i. E. no message and no way to hide prices). It's easy to get "trapped" in chechout and harder to get back out.
I like to support smaller sellers outside of the "Amazon loop." The prices are also very good.

I do wish it would tell you a little more about what you are buying I didn't know if the DVD I was buying was a copy or if it was a brand new disc it says new but I wasn't sure if it was a copy or an original
