Very cumbersome credit card process. Also the promise of coupons and free shipping doesn't prove true unless you meet specific conditions - I always end up paying more for shipping than for the books!
It is generally cheaper than Amazon, although now I have prime and I can get free shipping, which I can't get from your company except under strict conditions. I can also find old and out of print books on your website much more easily.
