Your site is easy to navigate even when I had a problem signing in.

Quick and easy but there was no spot in the checkout process to enter my discount code of $5 off the total purchase amount.
Alibris was the only seller that came up in a Google search that was selling the album I wanted to purchase.

I wish there was a filter so you could pick certain features. I'm always looking for large print for my moon and it's hard to find on this site.

I've never seen the "optimize cart" button before - that's so cool! I also love how I can jump around to see different editions of books.
It helps me feed my Lord of the Rings collection/addiction cheaper and easier. I already have all of the editions available at the bookstore where I work, so this site is my bestie!

Your site had an address from 10 years ago as mine. It was a headache to rectify that old info. It hampered my experience. Try harder.

We ordered this once and it was lost in the mail. I would prefer that it be shipped by a trackable carrier like ups or fed ex.
