The book's price jumped about $5 between selection and paying. If that was to pay a shipping fee, it would have been good to state that.

I ordered two books from two different suppliers. One arrived within the timeframe specified, the other was quite late.
Was told to wait and, if I remember correctly (do not have the time to go through emails) that it was a matter between me and the tardy bookseller (and I did not have the time to seek him/her out and write). When I order something and am given the inclusive dates during which I can expect the article (in this case, a paperback book) I expect it to arrive within the time span stated (in spite of the USPS, which may account for the extended dates for shipment)
