This is my second time to order a book, but the first book that I ordered was a brand new hardback even though I ordered and paid for a used one. My second order has been as easy as the first. Thank goodness that I didn't need a password. I never keep up with them. I will continue to order from you as long as the security remains in tact. There were no issues in that regard for my first order.

It took three shots to get the thing to accept the correct billing address. I've just moved, and haven't had time yet to change that with the CC companies. Annoys heck out of me when online forms don't work properly.
