It was very easy to find the book, set up my account, and make the purchase.
There was a glitch on my usual (non-Amazon) book site, so did a search for reviews of online book sellers. Alibris showed up on a couple of the best of lists and I remembered the name from the way back, pre-Internet shopping days, that we bought from you from the "catalog" that was mailed out.

Your website started rejecting my credit card for no reason. No matter how many times I re-entered the card, it gave me error messages.

I continue to get an error that my credit card and billing addresses didn't match - this isn't the case but your system wouldn't process my purchase. I finally just entered another card. Very frustrating.
