Most of the sellers have been prompt. I've always received my orders within a reasonable time with the exception of one book.
I try to avoid Amazon. I also appreciate the option of buying preowned materials.

Easy to figure out the condition of the books, ratings of the sellers and the book choices are easily arranged by price. The book description brought forward exactly what I was looking for.

Very difficult to correct billing error. System refuse to accept my efforts finally had to quit the application and send frustration email
